Reject an invoice when it can’t be posted as it stands. Neoflo asks you to choose one of five reasons.
Choose the most specific reason you can. The reasons feed the Rejection split chart on Reporting, and Others doesn’t show your lead the cause. See Read the Reporting page.

Reject an invoice

1

Open the invoice on Invoice Extraction or Bill Posting Details. Both have a Reject button.

From Faktur Pajak or Matching, select the back arrow at the top left until you reach Invoice Extraction.
2

Select Reject.

3

In Reject Invoice?, under Select the reason for Rejection, choose the reason.

4

Select Confirm Rejection.

What happens nextThe invoice moves to the Closed tab with the status Rejected, and Neoflo Status on the Freshdesk ticket changes to Rejected. Other invoices on the same ticket carry on as before, so follow them on the dashboard, not in Freshdesk. See Track a ticket with Neoflo Status.

Send a rejected invoice through again

Once the cause is fixed, send the invoice through again from the dashboard. For example, an invoice rejected as PO not Found can go back through once the requester confirms the right PO.
1

On the Invoice Dashboard, select the Closed tab.

2

Find the rejected invoice. Its Status reads Rejected.

3

Select Reprocess on its row.

The invoice goes back to Extraction and runs through every check again. If it duplicates an invoice already in Neoflo, it stops at the duplicate check.
