Neoflo Status is a field on every Freshdesk ticket. You set it once to send the ticket. After that, Neoflo keeps it up to date.

Rejected
Neoflo
Someone rejected an invoice on the ticket in Neoflo. The reason is on the ticket.
One rejection marks the whole ticket. On a ticket with several invoices, rejecting any one of them changes Neoflo Status to Rejected, even while the others are still being processed or have posted. Check the dashboard for the rest: each invoice still has its own row and its own status.
Once every invoice on a ticket is posted or rejected, Neoflo writes the SAP document number to the ticket, closes it, and emails the requester. You don’t need to update the ticket yourself.To send a rejected invoice through again, select Reprocess on its row on the Closed tab. See Reject or resend an invoice.
