See your current SLA adherence at a glance — broken down by process, SLA type, and time period. Green, amber, and red status indicators flag any metrics trending toward a miss before they become a breach. Historical adherence is available for every SLA going back to your go-live date.
Processing Volume
Track the volume of invoices processed, tickets resolved, transactions matched, and documents extracted over any time period. Volume reports help you identify seasonal patterns, forecast staffing needs, and demonstrate throughput to internal stakeholders.
Accuracy and Quality Metrics
Monitor exception rates, auto-approval rates, and error rates across every process Neoflo runs. Drill into specific exception categories to understand where AI accuracy is highest and where human review is still required most often.

You don’t need to log into the dashboard to stay informed. Neoflo can deliver automated summary reports to your inbox on a schedule you define — weekly, monthly, or both. Each scheduled report includes a plain-language summary of performance against SLAs, volume trends, and any exceptions or quality flags that need your attention.Custom Reporting
Standard dashboards cover the most common reporting needs, but your business may require metrics that are specific to your processes, org structure, or internal reporting standards. Neoflo’s team can build custom reports tailored to your requirements — whether that’s a reconciliation accuracy report by legal entity, a vendor-level exception breakdown, or a combined SLA and volume view for a specific workflow. To request a custom report, contact your Neoflo account team or submit a request through the dashboard under Reports → Request Custom Report. Most custom reports are delivered within ten business days.Data Export
Every report in the Neoflo dashboard can be exported for use in your own systems. Supported formats:- CSV — for importing into Excel, BI tools, or internal data warehouses
- PDF — for sharing with stakeholders or attaching to internal reporting packages
All exported data remains your property. Neoflo does not restrict access to your operational data, and exports are not rate-limited. If you need access to raw event-level data for your data warehouse, ask your account team about the Neoflo Data Export API.
