Your name and role. Sits at the very bottom of the panel (for example, Workspace Admin), so you always know who you’re signed in as and what you can touch.
Roles & Permissions
Every user holds one role per workspace.Org Admins automatically get Workspace Admin rights on every workspace in their tenant. Workspace Admins can’t invite brand new users into the tenant, they can only assign existing tenant members to their own workspace.
People
The People page is where admins keep track of who’s in, who’s out, and what everyone’s allowed to do. Every row lays out a user’s name and email, the workspaces and roles they hold, when they last showed up, and whether they’re active or deactivated.- Search Users — find a user by name or email.
- Filters — narrow the list by role, status, or workspace.
Inviting Users
Only Org Admins can invite new people into the tenant. Workspace Admins can add existing tenant members to their own workspace, but can’t bring in new emails.1

The invite expires in 7 days and works once.
An email already tied to another tenant is blocked. An email tied to a deactivated user prompts reactivation instead of a new invite.
Managing Existing Users
Deactivating a user is instant and fully reversible, they’re logged out immediately and blocked from signing back in until reactivated. Deleting is permanent, the account and its data are gone for good, and bringing that person back means sending a fresh invite.- Edit — change a user’s role or workspace access
- Deactivate — revokes access immediately and logs the user out; fully reversible
- Reactivate — restores access instantly
- Delete — permanent, can’t be undone
The last remaining Org Admin in a tenant can’t be deactivated or deleted.
