Got a question about Neoflo? You’re in the right place. Below are quick answers to the questions we hear most often — covering everything from how the platform works and what it costs, to how we handle your data and what happens when something goes wrong.

Getting Started

Neoflo is a managed back-office platform that combines purpose-built AI agents with experienced human experts to deliver your finance and operations processes end-to-end. Rather than handing you a tool to operate yourself, Neoflo owns the entire workflow — from ingestion to final output — and backs every engagement with a custom SLA. If we miss an SLA target, you don’t pay full price. That’s the Neoflo model: accountable delivery, not just software.
Most customers go live in approximately four weeks. The timeline typically breaks down as follows:
  • Week 1 — Pilot design: We map your existing processes, agree on SLA targets, and define integration requirements.
  • Weeks 2–4 — Integration and go-live: Our team connects Neoflo to your existing systems, configures the AI models for your processes, and runs parallel testing before you switch over.
You don’t need to dedicate significant internal resources to this timeline — our team drives it.
No. Neoflo’s team handles the integration from end to end. You’ll need to provide API access credentials to your existing systems (ERP, CRM, or other tools), and our engineers take it from there. There’s no software to install on your side, no internal development project required, and no disruption to your current workflows during setup.
Neoflo currently supports four core back-office process areas:
  • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) — Invoice processing, PO matching, vendor payments, and exceptions management.
  • Record-to-Report (R2R) — Period-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting.
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C) — Order management, billing, collections, and cash application.
  • Customer Support Operations — Ticket triage, routing, response drafting, and resolution tracking.
If your process spans multiple areas or doesn’t fit neatly into one category, talk to our team — we scope custom workflows too.

AI and Accuracy

Neoflo delivers 99%+ accuracy from week one. This is possible because our AI models are pre-trained on large volumes of finance and operations data before your engagement starts, then fine-tuned during the pilot design phase to your specific document formats, coding rules, and process logic. You don’t need to wait months for the model to “learn” — it arrives ready for your environment.
Neoflo uses purpose-built AI agents designed specifically for finance and operations workflows — not generic large language models repurposed for back-office use. Each agent is trained to handle a discrete task within a process (for example, extracting line items from an invoice, matching a PO, or classifying a support ticket). Agents operate within defined rules and confidence thresholds, and anything that falls below those thresholds is automatically routed to our human experts for review.
Three things happen:
  1. Human review: Our expert team catches the error during their quality layer and resolves it before it affects your downstream systems.
  2. SLA accountability: If the error causes an SLA breach, your billing is adjusted accordingly — you don’t pay full price for missed targets.
  3. Model improvement: The error is logged and fed back into the model as a training signal. Neoflo’s AI continuously improves based on real exceptions from your environment, so the same mistake is unlikely to recur.
No. Neoflo is AI and human experts working together in one accountable workflow. The AI handles the high-volume, repeatable tasks at speed and scale. The human team handles all exceptions, edge cases, and quality checks — and ultimately owns the outcome. This combination is what allows Neoflo to guarantee SLA-backed results, something pure automation tools can’t offer.
No. Your data is never used to train shared or multi-tenant models. Any model fine-tuning that happens using your transactions is scoped exclusively to your instance. Your data stays within your environment, and no learning from your processes is shared with other Neoflo customers.

Pricing

Neoflo uses usage-based, outcome-driven pricing. You pay per result delivered — for example, per invoice processed, per reconciliation completed, or per ticket resolved. There are no per-seat fees, no fixed monthly retainers tied to headcount, and no charges for work that doesn’t meet the agreed quality standard. You pay for what gets done, correctly.
Financial accountability is built directly into your contract. If Neoflo misses a committed SLA — whether that’s a turnaround time, accuracy rate, or exception resolution window — your billing is automatically reduced for that period. You don’t need to raise a dispute or negotiate a credit. The consequence is contractual and automatic.
Neoflo’s pricing is flexible and structured around your actual volume and process scope. There’s no rigid minimum that applies universally — the right structure depends on your process complexity and scale. Speak to the team to get a pricing proposal tailored to your situation.

Integrations & Technology

Neoflo has pre-built connectors for the most widely used ERP, CRM, and operations platforms, including:
  • ERP: SAP, Oracle, NetSuite
  • CRM and Support: Salesforce, Zendesk
  • 10+ additional platforms across finance, procurement, and operations
If your system isn’t on this list, Neoflo also supports integration via REST API for custom or proprietary platforms. Contact us to confirm compatibility before you start.
No. Neoflo is a cloud-based managed service. It connects to your existing systems over secure APIs — nothing is installed in your environment, and your team doesn’t need to learn a new interface to continue their work. Your ERP, CRM, and other tools keep functioning exactly as they do today.
Most AP automation tools handle the straightforward cases — clean invoices with matching POs — and surface everything else as exceptions for your team to handle manually. Neoflo owns the entire process, including the exceptions. When something unusual lands in the queue, our human experts resolve it and feed the outcome back to the AI. You get a complete, end-to-end result, not a partial automation that still requires significant internal effort.
Traditional BPOs rely on large teams of people following fixed processes. Neoflo is AI-first: the heavy lifting is done by purpose-built AI agents that operate faster, at greater scale, and with consistent accuracy. Our human experts focus on exceptions, quality oversight, and continuous improvement — not manual data entry. The result is faster onboarding (four weeks vs. months), lower cost, built-in SLA accountability, and a system that gets smarter over time rather than staying static.
