# Review the extraction

> Check what Neoflo read from the invoice, fix anything wrong, and confirm it.

Neoflo reads every field on the invoice and gives each one a confidence score. It highlights the values it's least sure of. Your job is to check those, fix anything wrong, and confirm.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Before you begin**
>
> * The invoice's **Status** is **Extraction**, and its **Action** is **Review**.

## Check and confirm the extraction

**1. Read the issues banner at the top of Extracted Data.**

It lists what has to be fixed before you can continue, such as a missing or invalid PO number.

**2. Check PO Number.**

Neoflo looks for it on the invoice, then on the ticket. If it's empty or wrong, enter the right one. It starts with **51**, **52**, **53** or **54**.

**3. Check GR/SES Number.**

For a 52 series invoice, enter the service entry sheet (SES) number if the invoice or the ticket gives one. For 51 and 53, leave it empty unless you need one specific goods receipt. Neoflo fetches the rest from SAP. For 54, leave it empty.

**4. Check each highlighted field against the invoice on the left, and correct any wrong value.**

Fields marked **\*** are required.

**5. Select the Line Item tab, and check the lines the same way.**

**6. Select Confirm Extraction.**

> [!NOTE]

> **What happens next**
>
> An Indonesian invoice goes to the Faktur Pajak check. See [Check the Faktur Pajak](https://docs.neoflo.ai/process/faktur-pajak.md). Every other invoice goes to **Matching**. See [Match a 51 or 53 series invoice](https://docs.neoflo.ai/process/match-51-53.md) for 51 and 53, or [Match a 52 or 54 series invoice](https://docs.neoflo.ai/process/match-52-54.md) for 52 and 54.

> [!TIP]
>
> **Tools on the left.** **Supporting docs** shows the other documents on the ticket. The bar under the invoice zooms, rotates and turns pages. **View Edit History** shows every change made to the fields, and who made it.

After you confirm, amounts can't be changed on later screens. To change one, select the back arrow at the top left until you reach this screen, correct it, and confirm again. Every later check runs again. [Field reference](https://docs.neoflo.ai/reference/fields.md) describes each field.

## If something goes wrong

| What you see | What to do |
| - | - |
| `Invalid PO number "…". Must start with 51, 52, 53, 54, or 45` | The PO number field holds something that isn't a PO number, such as an email address. Enter the PO number from the invoice or the ticket. If there isn't one, ask the requester. |
| `PO not found in SAP: …` | Check the digits against the invoice. If they're right, ask the requester to confirm the PO exists in SAP. If it doesn't, reject the invoice with the reason **PO not Found**. |
| **Confirm Extraction** doesn't continue | A required field is empty. Look for a field marked **\*** with no value. |
| The invoice isn't one you should process | Select **Reject**. See [Reject or resend an invoice](https://docs.neoflo.ai/process/reject-and-resend.md). |
