# Sign in to Neoflo

> Accept your invitation and sign in with your company Google account or your work email.

> [!NOTE]
>
> **Before you begin**
>
> * Your Org Admin has invited you. The invitation goes to your work email, works once, and expires after 30 days.
> * Use the email address the invitation was sent to. Any other address has no access.
> * Connect to your company VPN. Neoflo is reached through it.

## Sign in for the first time

**1. Open the invitation email from Neoflo, and select the link in it.**

**2. On the Welcome to Neoflo page, sign in one of two ways.**

> **With your Google account**
>
> Use this if your work email is a Google account.
>
> 1. Select **Continue with Google**.
> 2. Choose your work account.

> **With your work email**
>
> Use this for any other work email.
>
> 1. Select **Continue with Email**.
> 2. Enter your work email, and select **Continue**.
> 3. Enter your password. The first time, you set one.

Either way, Neoflo then opens the **Invoice Dashboard**.

## Sign in again later

Open Neoflo and choose the same method you used the first time. You stay signed in for 30 days, then Neoflo asks you to sign in again.

## If something goes wrong

| What you see | What to do |
| - | - |
| The page doesn't load | Check that you're connected to your company VPN, then try again. |
| `Your email address is not authorized to access this platform.` | Ask your Org Admin to invite the address you're signing in with. |
| The invitation link doesn't work | It has expired or been used. Ask your Org Admin to send a new one. |
