# Roles and what each can do

> Neoflo has three roles. One covers the whole organization. The other two apply to one workspace.

| Role | Covers | Who it's for | Where it's set |
| - | - | - | - |
| **Org Admin** | The whole organization | The head of AP, or an IT admin who manages access | The **Org Admin** check box, when you invite or edit a person |
| **Workspace Admin** | One workspace | An AP lead who runs the team in that workspace | The **Role** list, next to the workspace name |
| **AP Agent** | One workspace | People who process invoices | The **Role** list, next to the workspace name |

## Who can do what

Org Admins have Workspace Admin rights in every workspace in the organization.

| Action | Org Admin | Workspace Admin | AP Agent |
| - | - | - | - |
| Process, post and reject invoices | Yes | Yes | Yes |
| Invite new people to the organization | Yes | No | No |
| Change a person's role in your workspace | Yes | Yes | No |
| Deactivate or reactivate a person | Yes | No | No |
| Delete a person | Yes | No | No |

The last Org Admin in your organization can't be deactivated or deleted, so there's always someone who can manage access.
