# Find your way around

> The icons down the left side of every screen, and what each one opens.

The rail on the left appears on every screen. Select an icon to open that part of Neoflo. You can expand the rail to show each icon's name.

| **1**  Neoflo logo | The Neoflo home page. |
| **2**  Briefcase | Your workspace, such as **Non Trade AP PROD**. |
| **3**  Grid | **Invoice Dashboard**: every invoice you can work on. |
| **4**  Brain | **Memory**: the corrections Neoflo has learned. |
| **5**  Bar chart | **Reporting**: volume, stuck invoices, accuracy and speed. |
| **6**  Person | **People**: who has access, and their roles. |
| **7**  Page | **Documentation**: this guide. |

## Inside an invoice

When you open an invoice, the header at the top always shows the same four things: the Freshdesk ticket, the vendor, the invoice date and the invoice number. Select the back arrow at the top left to go back.

The buttons at the top right change with the stage: **Reject** and **Confirm Extraction** on **Invoice Extraction**, **Next** on **Faktur Pajak** and **Matching**, and **Reject** and **Post to ERP** on **Bill Posting Details**.
