# Track a ticket with Neoflo Status

> What each Neoflo Status value means, who sets it, and what happens to the ticket when Neoflo finishes.

**Neoflo Status** is a field on every Freshdesk ticket. You set it once to send the ticket. After that, Neoflo keeps it up to date.

| Value | Set by | What it means |
| - | - | - |
| **Ready for Neoflo** | You | The ticket is ready for Neoflo to pick up. |
| **Extraction in progress** | Neoflo | Neoflo has picked up the ticket and is still reading its invoices. Their rows aren't on the dashboard yet. |
| **Processing** | Neoflo | The ticket's invoices are on the dashboard, and the team is working on them. |
| **Posted** | Neoflo | The ticket's invoices are posted to SAP. |
| **Rejected** | Neoflo | Someone rejected an invoice on the ticket in Neoflo. The reason is on the ticket. |

> [!WARNING]
>
> **One rejection marks the whole ticket.** On a ticket with several invoices, rejecting any one of them changes **Neoflo Status** to **Rejected**, even while the others are still being processed or have posted. Check the dashboard for the rest: each invoice still has its own row and its own status.

## When Neoflo finishes

Once every invoice on a ticket is posted or rejected, Neoflo writes the SAP document number to the ticket, closes it, and emails the requester. You don't need to update the ticket yourself.

To send a rejected invoice through again, select **Reprocess** on its row on the **Closed** tab. See [Reject or resend an invoice](https://docs.neoflo.ai/process/reject-and-resend.md).
