# Add an invoice by ticket ID

> Add an invoice Neoflo missed because it read the invoice as a supporting document.

Use this only when Neoflo has read a ticket but one of its invoices has no row on the dashboard. This happens when Neoflo reads the invoice as a supporting document. For everything else, use **Neoflo Status**.

## Add the missing invoice

**1. On the Invoice Dashboard, select Add Invoice.**

**2. In Ticket ID, enter the Freshdesk ticket number, then select the search arrow beside it.**

The ticket's documents appear.

**3. Select the invoices to add.**

**4. Select Attach.**

Add Invoice finds a Freshdesk ticket and attaches its documents.

> **What happens next**
>
> Each invoice you attached appears as a row on the dashboard, linked to the ticket, exactly as if it had come through **Neoflo Status**.

The arrow on the right of **Add Invoice** opens other ways to add an invoice. Use them only if the Neoflo team asks you to.
