    Most customers go live in approximately four weeks. The timeline typically breaks down as follows:

    * **Weeks 2–4 — Integration and go-live**: Our team connects Neoflo to your existing systems, configures the AI models for your processes, and runs parallel testing before you switch over.

    No. Neoflo's team handles the integration from end to end. You'll need to provide API access credentials to your existing systems (ERP, CRM, or other tools), and our engineers take it from there. Agents operate within defined rules and confidence thresholds, and anything that falls below those thresholds is automatically routed to our human experts for review.
