# Scaling Neoflo: Expand from One Process to Full Back-Office

Once your first Neoflo process is live and consistently hitting SLAs, expanding to additional processes is significantly faster than the initial pilot — typically 2–4 weeks per new process, because your integration foundation is already in place.
